Jamie Addington
Raised in Albemarle County and a graduate of Western Albemarle High School, Jamie has deep roots in the community she serves. After spending many years as a local photographer, she entered into the real estate industry in 2019 and quickly found that guiding people through major milestones was a natural extension of the work she loves. Understanding there is no one-size-fits-all path to building wealth, coming from both professional and personal experience, she enjoys helping clients understand thier options and make informed decisions to use real estate as a tool for future success.

Matthew Addington
With strong ties to both Charlottesville and Waynesboro, Matt brings valuable local knowledge and a down-to-earth approach to real estate. As Journey’s Buyer Specialist, he enjoys helping clients find more than simply a house, he wants them to find a home. A place they can truly love, settle into, and a build a life. Working alongside his wife Jamie, Matt helps create the husband-and-wife approach and the heart of the Journey Real Estate Team. Outside of real estate Matt enjoys playing the guitar, gardening, cooking, and spending time with his family.

As a central Virginia native and graduate of Waynesboro High School, Brandon brings firsthand knowledge of Waynesboro, Augusta, and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley to the Journey Real Estate Team. As a member of the Addington family, Brandon shares the team’s commitment to treating clients like people rather than transactions. His local perspective and familiarity with the area allow him to help clients appreciate not only the homes available to them, but also the communities and lifestyle that make this part of Virginia special. When he’s not working, Brandon enjoys music, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and taking in the scenic views along the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive.
